Story of this project is long. First conceptual drawings were prepared for a different plot as far back as 2012. Investors motivation of living in a unique space paid off with a later purchase of a unique plot on the Cybina river embarkment just a couple kilometres away from the primary location.

Project is trying to enrich the amazing location of a house by contrasting plots existing extravert special qualities with new introvert once. Moreover it’s trying to operate within simple formal language inspired by local farm typology.

A group of pitched roof volumes reminiscent of local building habits will create a small enclosed courtyard. A mini garden of total privacy contrasted with extensive experience of a northern views and feeling of grandiose exposure offered by the northern deck.
